Registration
Registration for the European Finance Association (EFA) 2025 Annual Meeting will be open by May 6th. To register, participants need to be members of EFA. To become a member, visit this page.
EFA members have a private ConfTool account, through which they can register for EFA 2025. The link is visible after logging into one’s EFA ConfTool account (see here for a clarifying screenshot).
Please note that every registered participant who has paid the registration fee will receive an email with a QR code. This unique QR code must be presented during registration at the event venue. After scanning the QR code, each conference participant will receive a badge with their name and other necessary information. If you have not yet received the QR code at the email address you provided, please contact us at efa2025@skema.edu

Dietary Requests
Participants with dietary restrictions must indicate their preferences during online conference registration. The following options are available:
- Gluten-free meal
- Lactose-free meal
- Vegan meal
- Vegetarian meal
Other dietary requirements can be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Payments can be made via credit card.
Invitation Letters for Visas
Invitation and confirmation letters for visas can be issued upon request after successful registration payment. Check our visa page for more information.
